M375 War Bonnet

War Bonnet by Joe Harden. Hand painted wild turkey feathers are used in place of eagle feathers, which are wrapped in red trade wool. Red represents the “Blood of Life” and the earth. The brow band is hand beaded with ribbon side drops are embellished with abalone discs on each side. Brass bells decorate the brow band. Feather tips are decorated with red dyed feathers and ermine tips
