Albert Lee from Shiprock, New Mexico has been an active lapidarist since 1993. He learned the art of making jewelry from his father, Alfred Lee. Albert is known for using only the finest high grade stones.

Sugilite (also spelled "sugalite") is a semi-precious stone that was discovered in 1944. The beautiful purple stone has been found in India, Japan, the Kalahari Desert of South Africa and Canada.

*Photos don't do this piece justice-the Sugalite is much more beautiful than a photograph can show
